Get an overview of performance management, including its definition, benefits and application in most organizations. If you are a manager or supervisor in a company of any size and want to learn more about performance management, this course teaches you how to implement a successful program or partner with line managers to enhance the process. You learn how to develop effective performance-management systems that involve goal setting, coaching and feedback, measuring performance against goals, performance appraisals and employee development. You’ll also gain an understanding of how employee and leadership development tie closely to succession planning through developing high-potential employees and identifying successors for senior-level positions.

Instructional Types

Live Online
Live Online courses provide an interactive learning experience with scheduled synchronous online sessions held via Zoom video conferencing (Pacific Time). Learn more about the Live Online format.
Online, Start Anytime
Continuous enrollment course begins when you enroll. You have a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 180 days to complete the course.
Online, Fixed Date
Enroll in this course by its start date and complete it by its specified end date. There are no live sessions, but plenty of opportunities to collaborate with your classmates and instructor.
Classroom
Take classes in-person at one of our buildings or partner locations.

All of our courses are taught in English. If English is not your first language, please use the following test scores as guides in order to be successful:

  • IELTS Academic Format: 7
  • DAAD: C1
  • TEM-4 or TEM-8: Level 70

Shweta Mogha is an HR leader, DEI evangelist, leadership coach, and global speaker. In her 20+ years of HR leadership career in global companies like eWOW, Meta, Amazon, and Airtel she has led high impact global HR initiatives. Shweta has a strong background in HR including DEI, recruiting, performance management, HR analytics, leadership development and succession planning. As cofounder of eWOW, her passion lies in empowering diverse leaders to identify their aspirations and explore their full potential. She has also contributed to bestselling books like Fast-Track Your Leadership Career. She is a LinkedIn instructor and has designed HR courses. Shweta is on the Advisory Board of Numly and BATS improv. She is an ICF and CTI certified coach and has a master’s degree in English literature from Himachal Pradesh University, a BA from Delhi University.
