Joshua Gruber

Joshua Gruber, M.P.H., Ph.D., is a post-doctoral researcher at UC Berkeley. His research focuses on water and sanitation and the evaluation of development interventions to improve the health of children internationally. He also serves as an epidemiologic consultant providing expertise to clinicians and public health and international development researchers in the U.S. and abroad. He is the recipient of an Outstanding Graduate Student Instructor Award at the School of Public Health at UC Berkeley, and has extensive experience teaching epidemiologic methods at the undergraduate, masters and doctoral level.

Vincent Yau

Vincent Yau, M.A., Ph.D. is a senior manager of statistical analytics in the Clinical Analytics Group at McKesson. He focuses on program evaluation, study design and data analysis for projects targeting improved medication adherence and pharmacy performance. Prior to this role, Yau was a staff scientist for the Autism Research Program at the Division of Research (DOR) at Kaiser Permanente, Northern California. He was involved with planning, coordinating and analyzing data from a number of autism studies. Prior to joining the Autism Research Program, Yau conducted research on malaria prevention and treatment in Uganda, as well as use of microbial indicators to predict beach-water quality in the United States.
